We highly recommend ordering samples to see how our flooring looks in your home's lighting. You can order up to five 6x6 inch samples for a small flat fee, which is fully refundable once you place a full order over $500.

What is the estimated shipping time for large flooring orders?

Standard shipping for palletized flooring typically takes 7-10 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and a call from the freight carrier to schedule a specific delivery window.

Do you offer professional installation services?

Happy Floors is a product retailer; however, we maintain a curated list of certified local installers in most major metropolitan areas. Please contact our support team with your zip code for a recommendation.

What is your return policy for overage or unused boxes?

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all flooring returns, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?

Measure the square footage of your room (length x width) and add a 10% 'waste factor' to account for cuts and mistakes during installation. For herringbone or diagonal patterns, we recommend adding 15%.
