At Happy Floors, we want you to love your new space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused flooring materials within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in resellable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack the unused tiles or planks in their original boxes and clearly mark the outside of the package with your assigned RMA number.
Ship It Back
Drop off the package at an authorized shipping center or schedule a freight pickup for palletized orders as directed by our support team.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
